1. Definitions & Acceptance
1.1 'The Company' refers to Spanish Teachers UK ™, Spanish Students UK ™ or Spanish Solutions Limited.
1.2 'The Student/Client' refers to the person(s) in whose name the booking is made and will include the person or persons on whose behalf the same is made.
1.3 Tutor/Teacher refers to the person in charge of the teaching of Spanish.
1.4 These Terms of business are between Spanish Solutions Limited and the Client.
1.5 The knowledge of the existence of these terms and conditions is exclusively the responsibility of the client and they are considered as understood and accepted once the client has agreed with the company to take part in the first free class independently, if after the realization of this they decide to continue with the tuition process or not.
2. Free Lesson
2.1 The Free Lesson we are offering to own clients has a status of Pre-Booking.
2.2 This Free Lesson (Pre-Booking) is free. The client must not pay for it.
2.3 The client has right to don’t formalize the Booking, and therefore, to don’t continue with the tuition process once the Free Lesson or Pre-Booking has been make.
2.4 The client must formalize the booking as follows:
- Agreeing with a tutor the time and place for his/her next lesson (Paid) in the same Free Lesson that this company offers.
- Let the tutor know within 48 hours after the end of the Free Lesson if they want to start the tuition process.
2.5 The formalization the booking implies for the part of the client:
- Commitment by the client to respect the verbal agreement that has already contracted with his private tutor in the free class.
- The purchase of at least one package of lessons to start the process of Spanish tuition.
2.6 The Client/Student is forbidden to set up or propose unilateral agreements other than those already contracted, as well as any other Spanish-related service with the assigned tutor other than those already contracted, in any way; neither after the First Free Lesson nor after this, or in any other time throughout the learning process, or in the 12 months which follow the student’s last class. The Client/Student understands and respects that:
- The assigned tutor is a employer by Spanish Solutions Limited and is not self-employed, or working under any other account, and therefore any money paid to the teacher which eludes the agreement made on contracting the services of this company is classed as "black money", not declared publicly, contravening British law, and therefore is against these terms and conditions, and moreover against the interests of this company.
2.7 In the case of the client not respecting clause 2.6 and deciding to break this, they will be subject to a fine of 250 pounds in compensation to this company.
2.8 The application of this
First Free Lesson (by
phone and/or online form) implies the acceptance of all clauses of this
contract.
